Alessandra Ambrosio Reveals How She Prepared for the Victoria’s Secret Show

The supermodel looks stunning
Recently, New York hosted the traditional Victoria’s Secret fashion show. Alongside Adriana Lima, Tyra Banks, and Candice Swanepoel, Alessandra Ambrosio made a triumphant return to the runway after a seven-year hiatus.
After the show, the 43-year-old supermodel, who became a Victoria’s Secret Angel in 2004 and left in 2017, shared a video with her followers, showcasing her workout routine and discussing her diet during her preparation for the highly anticipated comeback. Alessandra began exercising six days before hitting the runway.
«This is a unique experience and an absolutely unforgettable feeling—to realize that I’m once again part of the Victoria’s Secret fashion show. I don’t think I ever expected this, but you know, life is full of surprises», — she says in the video as she heads to her outfit fitting for the show.
In the video, she also shows herself enjoying a light breakfast, which usually consists of eggs and avocado. Later, the model heads to her home gym, where she does cardio on a treadmill or goes for a run outdoors. In the gym, under the guidance of her personal trainer, Ambrosio works on her physique, performing squats and ab exercises. She pays special attention to her arms and legs.
After her workout, Alessandra usually «whips up a low-sugar protein shake», and for dinner, she prepares something lean and protein-rich, like salmon with asparagus.
Later, Ambrosio shared another video. In it, she visits a sauna, a beautician, and a beauty salon.
