Actress Amber Heard becomes a mother of twins

An unexpected announcement

Hollywood actress Amber Heard has become a mother again — and this time to twins. The «Aquaman» star shared the joyful news on Mother’s Day: she welcomed a daughter named Agnes and a son named Oshen. The 38-year-old actress now has three children and is officially a mother of many.

Amber revealed the birth of her babies on Instagram, posting a touching photo with the newborns and her older daughter, Oonagh. In the caption, the actress described the moment as one of the happiest in her life:

«Mother’s Day 2025 will forever stay in my heart. This year, I am overwhelmed with joy: I finally get to celebrate something I’ve long dreamed of. Today, I’m delighted to share the news that our Heard family has grown. My daughter Agnes and my son Oshen have arrived.

Four years ago, when my first daughter Oonagh was born, my world changed forever. I didn’t think I could be any happier. But now, I am three times as happy!

Becoming a single mom, on my own terms and despite fertility challenges, has been the most important and tender experience of my life. I’m incredibly grateful to have made this choice consciously and with full responsibility. To all the moms out there — wherever you are and whatever your journey — my dream family and I are celebrating this day with you,» the actress wrote.

Amber has not revealed the identity of the twins’ father. It’s also unclear whether she carried the babies herself or, as with Oonagh’s birth, used a surrogate. The star has yet to comment on the details, choosing instead to focus on her personal happiness and raising her three children.

Her firstborn, Oonagh Paige, was born on April 8, 2021. However, the actress only announced her daughter’s birth three months later, explaining that it had been a long journey to reach that point.

After her highly publicized divorce from Johnny Depp, Heard dramatically changed her lifestyle. She left the U.S. and settled in Spain, where she enjoys solitude and freedom from the Hollywood spotlight.

Photos of Amber on the beaches of Mallorca have appeared in the media repeatedly, where she was seen spending time with her daughter and, as we now know, preparing for the arrival of her twins. Today, the star is focused on motherhood and keeping her private life away from the cameras.
