Following his divorce from Jennifer Lopez, Hollywood actor Ben Affleck made a noble gesture: he transferred his share of their jointly owned Beverly Hills estate to his ex-wife free of charge. The couple had originally purchased the property together.
The mansion, valued at over $60 million, was meant to become the family home of the star couple after their 2022 wedding. However, reality turned out differently: after their official divorce in 2024, the pair spent a considerable amount of time trying to sell the property.
According to TMZ, Ben Affleck relinquished his share, which experts estimate to be worth around $10 million. Jennifer Lopez is now the sole and full owner of the estate, free to dispose of it as she wishes, with no financial or legal obligations to her former husband.
