Kylie Jenner champions animal rights in Stella McCartney’s new film

Model and entrepreneur Kylie Jenner, who recently made her runway debut at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show wearing the iconic Fantasy Bra valued at $50 million, stars in «Wild Horses», a short film directed by Gia Coppola. The collaboration was initiated by British designer Stella McCartney.
The film «Wild Horses» builds on the ideas behind McCartney’s autumn collection, exploring the special bond between humans and animals.

In one of the film’s most striking scenes, Kylie Jenner immerses herself completely in the water alongside a horse. The image symbolises trust, patience and mutual respect — qualities essential to building a harmonious relationship with animals.
For Stella McCartney, who has long championed animal welfare and more sustainable practices in the fashion industry, the project holds personal significance. The designer has been passionate about horses since childhood, and their strength, sensitivity and desire for freedom serve as the central motifs of the new campaign.

The film also carries an important environmental message: it aims to raise awareness of the vulnerable situation facing wild horses in the United States. The brand continues its commitment to protecting animals, safeguarding their dignity and preserving their freedom.
«It was really important for me to work with people who reflect the spirit of our time and have the power to push the conversation around consciousness and kindness further. I try to remind people in the fashion world that we don’t have to kill animals — we can coexist with them and work with them», McCartney explained, according to WWD.

Beyond animal welfare, the campaign celebrates women and their right to be themselves. The designer emphasises that clothing should not restrict women but instead empower them to express their individuality.
«At Stella, we believe that clothing should celebrate femininity, give women confidence and leave them free to choose who they want to be and how they want to express themselves. Women are everything. Mother Earth is everything», she said.
