Street style PFW SS’27: the most interesting guest looks at Celine and Hermès

Yesterday’s street style outside the Celine and Hermès shows became a true showcase of masterful work with textures, prints and layering — seemingly mismatched pieces came together to create expressive and thoughtfully considered looks.

The street style featured checks paired with lace, fur with stripes, and animal motifs with floral prints.

Some looks were built around contrasting textures, while others focused on combining complementary shades and details to create a cohesive overall composition.

Flowers emerged as a distinct fashion accent that day. They appeared not only as prints but also as three-dimensional elements, adding a sense of visual impact and a subtle romantic touch to the looks.

One particularly striking look drew inspiration from a painting by Vincent van Gogh. The styling was yet another reminder of the close relationship between art and fashion — from direct references to the reinterpretation of colours, motifs and moods.

The warm weather allowed guests to experiment with layering, volume and sheer textures, creating complex stylings without making them feel overwhelming.

That day, layering became not only a practical solution but also a way to express individual style.
