After nine years of marriage

Hollywood actress Amanda Seyfried and Thomas Sadoski are divorcing after nine years of marriage.

The 40-year-old «The Housemaid» star and her 50-year-old husband confirmed their separation in a joint statement to People. The couple revealed that they have been living separately for some time and emphasized that the decision was the right one for them and their family.

«We have been living separately for some time, and it has proven to be the right decision for us and our family. We will always remain a part of each other’s lives — and that is a good thing», Amanda and Thomas said in their joint statement.

According to the former couple, they remain on friendly terms and will continue to raise their two children together.

Their relationship began in 2015. The actors met while working on a Broadway production. They married in 2017, the same year their daughter Nina Rain was born. In 2020, they welcomed their son Thomas.
