Céline Dion releases music video for «Dansons»
After a Six-Year Hiatus
Céline Dion has unveiled her new single and the accompanying music video for «Dansons» – her first original composition in several years since the release of Courage (2019).
The track marks a creative reunion with Jean-Jacques Goldman, the songwriter behind her iconic album D’eux. The last time they worked together was in 2016 on the song «Encore un Soir».
«Dansons», written against the backdrop of the events of 2020, reflects an atmosphere of instability and isolation while carrying a powerful emotional message: to keep living and «dance over the abyss», even in the most difficult times.
The release represents a significant milestone in Dion’s career as she gradually returns to public life following her battle with stiff-person syndrome. In autumn 2026, the singer is planning a series of concerts in Paris – marking her first major return to the stage in several years.
