«It Was the Hardest Work of My Life»: Martina Reuter Opens Up About Losing 42 kg

And Her Debut on the Bodybuilding Stage
Austrian television presenter Martina Reuter has stunned fans with an extraordinary physical transformation. Over the course of 18 months, the 45-year-old star not only lost 42 kilograms and significantly increased her muscle mass, but also fulfilled a lifelong dream — taking the stage at a bodybuilding championship.
Reuter made her debut at the ANBF Autumn Championship in Linz, where she placed fourth. Two weeks after the event, the presenter shared an emotional post on Instagram — one she admits she still struggles to fully grasp.

«It was the hardest work of my life. This photo was taken exactly two weeks ago — and every time I look at it, I get goosebumps. From the idea of taking up bodybuilding to standing on the big stage — just six months. I proved to myself that my willpower is stronger than any excuse or doubt. Stronger than any voice that told me, ‘You can’t do it.’ This photo motivates me every day. Maybe it will motivate you too,» Martina wrote.
In a previous interview with Bild, the presenter admitted that her journey was as honest as it was demanding:
«No injections, no pills — just a radical change in diet and exercise. Ninety minutes of strength training plus cardio — every single day, without exception. At six in the morning or eleven at night — I didn’t skip a single session.»

Martina Reuter’s transformation has already inspired thousands. We, too, admire her incredible determination and look forward to her future achievements.
