P. Diddy Becomes Assistant to Prison Chaplain

Helping Out During Services
American rapper and producer P. Diddy, who is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence, has taken on an unexpected role. According to CBS News, the artist has become an assistant to the prison chaplain at Fort Dix in New Jersey.
Combs’ duties include maintaining the chapel library, keeping the chaplain’s office tidy, and assisting during religious services. This position is considered one of the most prestigious roles within the prison, as it allows access to air-conditioned facilities and extra meals after services.

A representative for the rapper noted that the atmosphere in the prison chapel is «warm and respectful,» and that Diddy is making an effort to use his time behind bars constructively. He is also participating in rehabilitation and addiction treatment programs, which are part of his broader plan for reintegration.
It should be recalled that in October, P. Diddy was found guilty in a case involving the transportation of individuals for the purpose of sexual exploitation. He was sentenced to four years and two months in prison.
