With Gwyneth Paltrow’s return to the big screen, the spotlight of both the media and her fans is once again fixed upon her. It’s no surprise that British Vogue has chosen the actress as the star of its November issue.

After nearly fifteen years away from film, Paltrow will appear in Josh Safdie’s Marty Supreme, starring opposite Timothée Chalamet.

The 53-year-old actress appears on the magazine’s cover and in a stunning editorial conceived and styled by Stella Greenspan, with photography by the acclaimed Venetia Scott. For the shoot, Gwyneth wore a series of striking looks from top fashion houses – including Gucci, Giorgio Armani, Balenciaga, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Valentino.

On the cover, Paltrow poses in a closed blue dress with statement sleeves by Gucci, accessorized with Cartier jewelry and Jacques Marie Mage sunglasses.

In addition to the photos, the issue features an in-depth interview in which Paltrow defends her company Goop against allegations of a «toxic culture», reflects on her own perfectionism, and shares how she’s learned to be kinder to herself.

The actress firmly denies that there’s anything unhealthy about her company’s environment:

«It really gets to me. When people say, «Goop has a toxic culture», it drives me crazy, because that’s simply not true. Yes, we’ve had a few toxic individuals, and maybe because I tend to avoid conflict, I didn’t address it quickly enough. That might have affected the team, and I take full responsibility for that. But our company culture is amazing. Truly!» she says with conviction.
