For the second time!

Actress Alyssa Milano, best known for the series Charmed, has removed her breast implants for the second time in her life. The 52-year-old shared the news on Instagram, posting photos from the hospital.

Milano explained that the decision marked a path toward freedom and self-acceptance. According to her, the implants had come to symbolize the beauty standards imposed by society – standards that had long convinced her that success and attractiveness required altering her body.

«I am letting go of all these false narratives – parts of myself that were never truly mine. My body has been sexualized and devalued, and I believed I needed implants to be attractive, successful, and loved», she wrote.

At the same time, the actress emphasized that every woman has the right to decide for herself how she wants to look.

Milano first underwent breast augmentation in 1992. But by 2003, she had them removed, reportedly due to health concerns. Later, the pressures of the Hollywood industry led her to return to implants. Now, she has once again said goodbye to them and admitted that, for the first time in many years, she feels truly free and feminine.

«Today I am loved, feminine, attractive, and successful. And none of this is because of implants. Tomorrow, without them, I will still be myself. That is true freedom», Milano concluded.
