The house sits atop a hill, offering panoramic views of Los Angeles, the mountains, and the surrounding nature reserve. The location ensures complete privacy for residents, as the property is not visible from the road. Inside, the home is equipped with modern appliances, a kitchen designed for a professional chef, and multiple fireplaces.
However, this elite property is famous not only for its appearance in Miley’s video. According to TMZ, singer Frank Sinatra rented the house from 1960 to 1964. Some sources even claim that the music legend lived there for an entire decade. Since then, the mansion has undergone extensive renovations and is now known as «Birdview.»
The house has an area of 618 square meters, and its previous owners, who rented it out for filming, earned around $1.2 million annually from it. Celebrities such as Mariah Carey, Rihanna, and Usher have used it as a backdrop for their projects. This makes it a great investment for the new owner. However, it is still unknown whether they plan to continue renting out the location or if Hollywood stars will have to look for a new stunning setting for their productions.
