27 doses of ketamine: new circumstances of Matthew Perry’s death revealed

Shocking autopsy results
«Friends» star Matthew Perry received an enormous dose of the drug shortly before his death. These findings are presented in the new documentary «Matthew Perry: A Hollywood Tragedy,» which is based on forensic examinations.
According to a toxicology report, the actor’s body contained a high level of ketamine, which he may have received as a result of 27 injections of the substance.
«You have Dr. Salvador Plasencia prescribing ketamine to an assistant who lived with Perry, who had no medical qualifications whatsoever, and this assistant then administered ketamine to a person with extreme risk factors,» commented Martin Estrada, a former U.S. prosecutor who handled the actor’s case before resigning in January 2025.
It is noted that Perry experienced side effects from the very beginning of the treatment, showing signs of sluggishness. Although Dr. Plasencia was aware that Perry had «frozen up,» he did nothing about the situation.
«He continued supplying ketamine to Mr. Perry’s assistant, who then administered it to him,» Estrada added.
In the end, an assistant named Kenneth Iwamasa injected the actor with a dose of ketamine that led to his death. The drug itself was allegedly supplied by a woman known as the «Ketamine Queen,» Jasvin Sanga.
According to a plea agreement reached between Iwamasa and the U.S. Department of Justice, he administered between six and eight doses of ketamine per day to Matthew Perry.
