34-year-old stylist Jesús Guerrero has suddenly passed away. Among his clients were Demi Moore, Jennifer Lopez, Kylie Jenner, Dua Lipa, and Jessica Alba. The news of the celebrity hairstylist’s passing was shared by his sister, Gris Guerrero.
She did not disclose the cause of Jesús’ death but emphasized that it happened suddenly on February 22.
«With a heavy heart, we share with the world that Jesús Guerrero has gone to heaven. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, in an immigrant family, Jesús learned to work hard and dreamed of taking his skills to the top. Unfortunately, his passing came very suddenly and unexpectedly,» she wrote on social media.
The Guerrero family decided to transport the stylist’s body to Houston, Texas. To achieve this, Gris asked for financial support. The Guerrero relatives have already raised about $80,000. Currently, Jesús’ body is in Paris, where he had traveled a few weeks ago.
Jesús’ star clients have reacted to the unimaginable loss. 27-year-old Kylie Jenner posted a tribute to him on social media.
«Jesús was more than just a friend to me — he was a light in my life, a source of laughter, comfort, love, and unwavering support,» Kylie captioned a carousel of their photos together.
Jenner thanked Guerrero for always being by her side and encouraging her over the years. She described the pain of his loss as «unbearable.»
55-year-old Jennifer Lopez also decided to honor the hairstylist’s memory. She dedicated a social media post to Jesús Guerrero as well.
«You were gentle, kind, and loving — quiet and humble, yet so strong. Your presence was felt the moment you walked into any room,» the star wrote.
The singer admitted that she is struggling to come to terms with the news.
«To be honest, I am still in shock that such a beautiful young life has come to an end. It feels senseless and unfair. I know that your family is devastated, just as I am, and so is everyone who knew you,» Lopez wrote.
