British woman awarded €20,000 compensation from Zara

For moral damages
A court in the United Kingdom ruled in favor of blogger Crystal Joyce, who was disturbed in the fitting room of the world-renowned clothing and accessories brand. This was reported by The Mirror.
The incident took place in a Zara store. The young woman was half-dressed and recording a video for TikTok when a Zara employee opened the fitting room curtain without permission. Moreover, the employee began shouting at Crystal in front of other customers, accusing her of theft.
Feeling humiliated, the young woman filed a lawsuit against ITX Retail Limited, the company that owns Zara, stating that she was unfairly portrayed as a lawbreaker. As moral compensation, she was awarded €20,000.
That’s what it means to stand up for personal boundaries.
