American rapper Kanye West, known for his eccentric antics, has lost $20 million due to a «naked» performance at the Grammy Awards. The 47-year-old musician arrived at the ceremony’s red carpet with his wife, Bianca Censori, who appeared completely nude in front of photographers, posing in an entirely see-through dress. The scandalous couple was even asked to leave the event.
Following this stunt, which quickly spread worldwide, Japanese promoters were outraged and canceled two of Kanye West’s major concerts in Tokyo that were scheduled for May 2025, according to the Daily Mail.

«This stunt was incredibly disturbing, and in Japan, it was met with horror. Japan is experiencing a cultural awakening regarding women’s rights, and the MeToo movement here is very strong. What he did is seen as an act of coercive control, which is absolutely unacceptable. He completely misjudged Japan from a cultural perspective,» the publication quoted an insider.
By the way, West, who has struggled with bipolar disorder, recently revealed that he has been diagnosed with another condition — autism. The artist shared this information on Justin Laboy’s show The Download.
