Gucci family villa: a luxurious estate in Rome goes on sale for €14 million

A tour of elite real estate
Wealthy fans of Gucci now have the chance to acquire not just clothes or accessories from their favorite brand but also become the owners of a historic family villa of the Gucci family in Rome.
This luxurious estate is currently on the market at a reduced price of €13.9 million.
The four-story villa, painted in a salmon-pink hue, was built by Aldo Gucci — the eldest son of the fashion house’s founder Guccio Gucci — in 1951. Until this week’s price reduction, the property, still owned by the family, was listed for €15 million.
The villa features 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a spacious dining room, lounge areas, and a kitchen adorned with an elegant fireplace.
On the third floor, there is a large terrace offering picturesque views of the Altare della Patria, the national monument of Rome near the Colosseum, and the surrounding cityscape.
The estate sits on a two-hectare plot, which includes a large outdoor swimming pool and a serene, picturesque garden with lush lawns and fountains.
Overall, the villa’s design is a blend of English and Tuscan styles.
«Villa Gucci is not just a house. It’s a legacy! Its walls whisper stories of years of Gucci family gatherings, while its private grounds radiate timeless elegance that captivates the senses,» said Billy Nash of The Keyes Company, who represents the Gucci family.
