However, they have always stood together and built a new life in America with their children — 5-year-old Archie and 3-year-old Lilibet.
Yet, rumors surrounding the Sussex couple remain relentless and seem to have reached their peak! According to Vanity Fair, Harry and Meghan’s marriage is hanging by a thread. Reportedly, Markle has even been negotiating with a publisher about writing a book dedicated to her divorce from Harry.
Amid the speculation about the possible royal split, bookmakers in London have started taking bets. Even Buckingham Palace staff are reportedly participating. At least, that’s what a royal insider told Bild:
«This is a new and very intriguing development. Rumors about a crisis in their marriage have been circulating in the palace for several months. Many in the palace believe that Harry and Meghan are on the verge of divorce.»
According to the source, if the divorce happens within two years, betting €20 with bookmakers could win you €500.
The insider added an interesting note, saying that while King Charles III and Prince William aren’t participating in the bets, they are closely following the media headlines.
Specifically, William reportedly receives «a morning briefing on what British and American media are reporting about the House of Windsor, as well as Harry and Meghan.» It’s undoubtedly an entertaining way to pass the time with morning tea.
