In the video, Ed Sheeran stars alongside actress Claudia Jessie, best known for her role as Eloise Bridgerton in the popular series. The video captures a romantic festive atmosphere, with Sheeran and Jessie playing a couple preparing for the coziest celebration of the year.

At the same time, the video depicts scenes of solitude experienced by the protagonist, reflecting the song’s emotional depth. Inspired by the storyline of the film, Sheeran created the track with heartfelt emotions.
